BK Global® is a national company with a bankruptcy service platform consisting of a network of certified bankruptcy real estate Brokers and Agents, an online marketplace for listing and submitting offers BKGlistings.com, and a centralized Fulfillment team of specialists that assist Federal Trustees in managing their real estate needs, for the benefit of the bankruptcy estate. BK Global® is a social impact driven company adding value to all stake holders in the bankruptcy process.

Understanding the administrative and procedural complexities and challenges facing the distressed real estate industry, BK Global® has developed a cost effective sales process powered by technology that will streamline the administration, marketing, negotiation and Consented Sale™ of real estate assets.

BK Global is a national company with its headquarters in Los Angeles, CA. The company has corporate offices in Florida, Texas and Nevada and affiliated locations in all states.


The BK Global Management Team has over 30 years of experience in Distressed Real Estate and Bankruptcy Sales. Currently the BK Global proprietary technology and methodology is used to achieve an average net-sales of 98% of list price. The advisory board includes industry experts, retired BK judges and BK servicing veterans. To date, over $500 Billion of assets have been processed and sold.

Advisory Board

The advisory board is designed to consist of the most influential and industry respected Bankruptcy experts from Judges, through Attorneys to Servicers and Bankers. The advisory board includes Hon. Judge Coar who is a retired US Federal Bankruptcy Judge, Mr. Maurice Barksdale who spent many years in the public sector, including service as assistant secretary for multifamily housing in the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and as commissioner of the Federal Housing Administration (FHA); Mr. Bradley Shraiberg, who is a founding partner of Shraiberg, Ferrara & Landau, P.A. focused on advising companies experiencing financial difficulties, purchasers of and investors in distressed companies, and lenders to and creditors of such companies. He also regularly advises officers and directors of companies involved in debt restructuring on matters relating to corporate governance and fiduciary duty; Mr. Juval Aviv who is the founder and CEO of Interfor Inc. Interfor, Inc. is an international investigation firm offering comprehensive domestic and foreign intelligence services to the legal, corporate and financial communities; Mr. Tom Turner who is the SVP of Special Assets at Grandpoint Bank with leading expertize in distressed assets and commercial real estate in bankruptcy.

The function of the advisory board is a key to the BK Global success. The board is expected to participate, advise and be pro-active in the field of education to judges and Trustees, endorsement of BK Global solution, process and service, engage in publication, handle the relationship with the Executive US Trustee Office in D.C., advise on case studies, communicate with active judges, participate in panel discussions and key conferences such as the NABT and most importantly support the BK Global leadership team in standardizing the industry.
